Let me get v2 released this month and I'll look into that.

I don't have a FreeNAS system at home but I'm a huge FreeBSD fan (<3 pfSense) so I could make it happen =)

But first need to get my crap together and release v2. Its been a rough financial year for us so I've had to put most projects aside for extra billable work.

Due to a potential bug found in the old version that under the proper circumstance could hit themoviedb.org hard, I've released a mandatory fix for Yammm. I'll be releasing a proper update on the 14th though with many new options.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Mikinho,

Just a quick confirmation that v2 will address the issue with 3 files being shown instead of 1 in My Movies using the "hide playlist members" option?

    V2

Am hoping for the new version as well!

I've had to stop using Yammm in favor of Media Center Master because YAMMM doesn't support TV . I am hoping YAMMM v2 will be out soon so I can go back to using it, and keep using MCM for auto-downloading of my tv shows.

I wouldn't ask if a release date hadn't been given, but since they were given and passed, I'm curious! Thanks :)

I am encountering a problem with remote shares using yammm but maybe somebody could help -

I have backed up all of my movies as ISO. I am running yammm on a windows 7 desktop on which I store all of my movies. I use the desktop as a server. I have shared all of my movies via a network share using a windows homegroup. yammm works great on the desktop.

I then have a windows 7 laptop which is not running yammm. I opened media center, accessed my shared isos on the server in wndows media center using another great mikinho app and voila - all of the movies appear in windows media center. However, the cover art and synopsis do not appear on the laptop, only on the desktop.

So I copied the dvdcacheinfo file from the desktop and onto the laptop and all the info comes up. I am sure I dont have to be doing this manually and I am wondering how I can connect remotely?

I shared the dvdcacheinfo folder from the laptop to the homegroup, i have added it as an additional folder to the desktop yammm program, but it does not update.

i do not have a password set up in windows for either machine. I also do not know what info I am supposed to be putting in the remote share fields of the yammm config properties. Do I have to run Yammm on both machines for the coverart and info to be updated automatically?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I don't believe I have it supporting blank username\passwords since it is running as SYSTEM.

I'm fixing a few bugs tonight and tomorrow, I'll see if this is fixed in v2 but I don't believe it is. If not, I"ll see what I can do about it. Also I hope to have good news Friday (the final release date announcement)

I installed YAMMM on my media center when I loaded it. It worked just fine for a while, then I ended up reloading the system with a 64 bit OS. Now I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 on the primary partition and Windows 7 Ultimate 32 on the secondary.

YAMMM worked on the 64 bit version until 6/5/2010. If I boot into the 32 bit version, YAMMM works just fine. They manage the same libraries, they have all the same settings.

I've removed and reinstalled YAMMM and nothing changes. It simply does not update the folders. What can I do

    Addition of Yammm causes issues

Perhaps someone can help me with this... I have two 2T hard drives for movie storage. One has about 250 movies the other about 70 so far. All the movies are .iso files. I have been using W7x64 with 7MC, "Mount Image" and Virtual Clone Drive with no problems at all. I just installed Yammm and now 7MC intermittently crashes, hangs and the images when displaying movies comes and goes. Is there something I am missing?

    Thanks in advance!
