    W7 MediaCenter Subtitle Shark007

    Hi,

How i can enable, subtitles without Shark007 codecpack, installing ffdshow only ?

Anyways i have installed newest shark007 codecpack for my Fresh Windows 7 installation, and clicked use shark007 recommended settings from Sharkies software, but subtitles not working

movie and subtitle file (.sub) has same name at the same one folder.

Someone should make sticky post, about media center and the subtitle settings
i have tried search, but didnt find solution for my problem

2 things to try even though much information is lacking such as filetype, OS specs and what player you are tying to use.

    1. On the SWAP TAB, disable Media Foundation
    2. On the SWAP TAB, disable the Microsoft Video decoder

IF your system is 64bit, please keep in mind,
the 32bit settings application controls playback in 32bit players such as the default WMP
the 64bit settings application controls playback in 64bit players such as Media Center

I installed VobSub named program and subtitles start working without any touching any settings.

Codecpack is world class but i dont understant so much of setting up :) Is it possible also to make better TV-screenquality with yours codecpack and ffdshow ?

Did you install the x64Components addon?
At the bottom of both the Settings Applications, use the SUGGESTED settings checkbox.
