    Windows Media Center Stops Playing

I've used windows media center for a while now and this is the first time I've seen this happen on my windows 7 computer (I've seen this happen in vista but it fixed it self) When I'm watching live tv, the playback will suddenly freeze. The way I fix this is pausing it, going back a step and playing it but it repeats about 3 minutes later. It gets really annoying after a while and I havent seen anyone with the same problem

    Current Specs:
    Windows 7 Professional
    5.1 surround sound
    9800 gt nvidia
Pinnacle System PCTV 800i PCI ATSC Hybird TV+FM Radio
    Rocketfish 7.1 PCI Sound Card

If you need any other info just ask

    Please Help

No this didnt fix my problem...it not that windows media center is freezing, it the video that keeps freezing...I also tried updating my tuner drivers and my graphics card drivers, but that didnt help eather.
How come I have a feeling its the fact its a old pci tunner.

If that is the case then it's better Download the Update for T.V. Tuner card of vendors website and install it manually and test it.

nope that didnt fix it eather....well I'm going to get something online anyways so might as well buy a new tv tuner. I will reply to tell you if it fixed the problem or not

    EDIT
Wow it fixed it self....I assuming its caused by overheating since when I turned on my computer today that was off all day and it works
