    How to Add movies to WMC


    What format does Windows Media Center use? Because when I have it look for movies it never finds anything but if i right click a movie and tell it to open with WMC it works fine. How do I directly load movies to WMC then?

    You have two options for loading watching movies in MC7. 1- Video Library; 2- Movie Library. Each has their own "library" that you'll have to add watched folders to.

    I'd recommend Movie Library. And for the setup of Movie Library I'll hand you off to Orbital Shark's Guide: Media Center- Setup Movie Library
