    Media center has stopped working

Okie doke after dealing with an entire system upgrade to resolve my other dilemas with a kernal power error 41 and malfunctioning DX 11 on everything, I now have a new issue, getting windows media center to work. new parts and just installed win 7 on this updated machine specs are as follows:

    Intel core i7-950 processor @ 3.07 ghz
    6 gigs corsair ram
evea nvidia 470 gtx graphics card
    Asus P6x58d-e mother board
    1k watt cooler master psu
    LG BD/dvd/cd rom
dual monitor set up with x2 acer H213H monitors
and all housed in a cosomos S cooler master case

I have tried the repair disc x3 times, I have tried to repair windows from boot up using the ISO disc x3 and even completely reinstalled windows 7 x3 just to get everything working. Was having other issues but now the only thing not working is just windows media center. Any suggestions on how to remedy the dilema. Also i have updated all drivers for everything and I do have windows updates on. Thanks for the help and lemme know if you guys come up with anything. I viewed a few threads about windows media center issues and I know and understand you cant remove it, and it is integrated into windows 7, so you guys wont get that repeat from previous threads.

When you say it won't work what error message is displayed and is there an event in the event viewer?
