    Mine asks me after choosing VGA in monitor calibration OS, I don't know if the options are different for other connection types (I presume TV wont have the option but could be wrong)

    If I answer 'No' it lists the different ones.

Hello, just wanted to record basic over the air channels via RG6 onto my PC and wanted something simple, inexpensive and friendly based with Windows 7. Would be used like a DVR. Any suggestions?
If I was to buy a laptop with a screen and video card capable of playing 3D films etc, would a TV tuner allow me to watch the football of Sky on my laptop or are TV tuners not capable of that? Regards AF
