    Built-in digital tv tuner

    Hi!
I just bought a new computer. it's PACKARD BELL OneTwo L A6524UK All-in-one PC with 23" Touchscreen. It says it has a built-in digital tv tuner. When I went to Windows Media Centre to watch tv, it says no tv tuner device detected. Does this mean I need to buy some accessory to watch tv on my pc?

Thank you for your time reading this message :)

You can check your device manager to see if a tuner is installed.
Post a snippet of your device manager.

If this is your computer, PACKARD BELL OneTwo L A6524UK All-in-one PC with 23" Touchscreen at cheap prices | PC World

It doesn't even have an optical drive, and there's no mention of a TV tuner.

My computer is this one: PACKARD BELL oneTwo L I8524 UK and it says on the description: "As well, its Freeview digital tuner gives easy access to digital broadcasts without the need to hook up an external TV or set-top box."

Sounds like the driver isn't installed, can you post a screenshot of your device manager?

Well that's not the same one you said you had in your first post, you're right this one does say it has a tuner, have you tried windows update yet that may solve all your problems.

If not, where ever you see one of those right click on it and go to properties, then update driver.
