    Hey guys is it possible to watch live TV in windows 7 ultimate, without a TV Tuner..?

    Humm, I think you can only watch TV with their delayed broadcast in Windows Media Center, otherwise you'll need a Tv decoder.

    In the UK there is a web site that streams live digital TV channels. There may be something where you live, Try Googling web TV or something like that.
