media player wont play web wmv files anymore

    Eh, batrico...
    All the research I did on the subject until now always ends in formatting ... But do not think that is a resource for your case now.
    If you download the videos, can watch them in WMP?

    no thanks lol.I did a repair installation to install sp1 but that was important.I have other media players that work and as far as wmv files if i want to see them ill just have to dload the files.the only time i use wmp12 was for wmv files dvds but now i use GOm i just cant have a perfect pc lol

    what do you think of this.At the moment i have no codecs installed and WMP12 has sound but no video.If i install a Klite codec then the avi and others(except wmv) work fine picture and sound.Is there a codec for browser wmv files.
