Windows 7: Metabrowser and poster sizes

Metabrowser and poster sizes

Not sure where to post this, but I have a question about the earlier MetaBrowser, specifically Beta 09.02.09.

I noticed that when I fetch a poster, it always defaults to 185x278, which is great for me, no complaints! I don't need a 1000x1500 folder image, lol I don't know who does.

Anyway the problem is, I have a fairly large movie database and would like to redo all my folders.jpg files. Their dimensions are not consistent which in turn makes for some rather large folder.jpg's which do not work or load when using WDLXTV (must be under 500KB).

So using MetaBrowser Beta 09.02.09, I had it to process all my media and set to only fetch posters since I had all the necessary metadata. I noticed though, the posters were not 185x278 as I had seen earlier when I manually clicked fetched on the movies. MetaBrowser was d/l or fetching 1000x1500 and some other large dimensions.

I'm curious why this is, and how I can get around this without manually fetching my entire media collection? If MetaBrowser can't do it, can someone suggest another alternative to d/l folder images and/or have the ability to choose dimensions or at least have the resulting file under 500KB.

Thank you

Seems to be doing the trick for me. It gave me the option to downsize the posters automatically which is nice.
