    Media Center stealing focus

    Hello,

I'm figuring it's a long shot to find a solution to this problem, but here it goes. I installed MCE Reset Toolbox to customize my start menu in Media Center. I have an entire section dedicated to streaming video with entries that launch Firefox URLs. However, when I launch a URL, Media Center briefly closes (minimizes?) and Firefox opens, but then Media Center immediately reopens and takes focus over the browser. Is there some way to prevent it from doing this? Just having Media Center close altogether when launching an app from the start menu would be a step in the right direction.

I've tried seeking support on the MCE Reset Toolbox site, but it appears activity there is all but dead.

Also, I have the "Keep Media Center on top" option unchecked.

    Any ideas???

Well, I've found a less than ideal solution: internet explorer. For some reason, when launching .htm files in ie from media center, I'm not getting the focus stealing issue. Go figure. :P
