Is there anything else you can think of that we could try?

Sorry to say, but suggesting driver replacement was my best shot. The players you are using for playback do not use system codecs so I felt the graphics drivers were the only possibility to cause the issue.

    Hi Legolas,
All I have had is an email 2 days ago saying it has been passed to the 'appropriate department in Warner Bros.' They said they would get back to me soon. I've tried playing around with my graphics card settings and driver since I last posted but still haven't had any luck. I will let you know when (if ?) they respond...

I just hope I can get it sorted before the dark knight rises is released! I need to watch batman begins & the dark knigh before I go

    Hi Legolas,
I havent gotten any further since I contacted LG & Warner bros back when I first replied to this thread. But I thought I would let you know that I seem to have found a possible solution.

Download Arcsoft totalmedia player trial, start it up, then go to AV Center -> Display -> untick 'hardware acceleration'. Worked for me! So it looks like it might be my graphics card.... I'm going to keep it like that for the 15 day free trial whilst i watch all the blu-rays I've not been able to watch then do a clean install of my graphics drivers. Hope that helps!!!

    Hi, Steve !
Thanks, man ! I'm about to see TDKR on the 24th and really wondered how I'm gonna be able to watch BB and TDK if by BD player is stuck. Hopefully this will fix it ! Thanks again !
