    Terresterial HD Channels

I haven't had much experience with this yet, because I recently discontinued cable TV service in favor of local terresterial signals. However, a problem arose just today, where that one station, which is actually on a shared signal transmitted by one local station, went off the air during a movie that I was watching. The movie is not the problem, but since it has been off air most of today, I'm wondering if this is typical for HD stations? The station in question broadcasts 3 separate channels, and one is still working.

The second part of my question is that I noticed that the station listing created during the last scan has dual listings of the same channel, but on two different RF signals (51 & 45). I never saw this with previous scans, and I'm wondering if this is correct or something that went wrong with the scan?

i have had that problem here, and it came down to signal.. i ended up getting a monster channelmaster antenna and had to play with it a bit to get good enough signal on all my HD channels without drop outs.. made me nuts thinkng it was something else.. but it was all signal dropouts...

This wouldn't surprise me, except that this particular channel has been among the strongest, always showing 100% signal strength. I have gotten a usable signal with the antenna placed to where the signal was less than 100%. Did your experience include dual channel listings as I described?

No, what I mean is that a single channel, like 6.3 listed both 45 & 51 in two separate listings of 6.3.

EDIT: I fired Fusion up so I could get a screenshot. Maybe it will make it clearer:

EDIT: When I select one of these channels to play, it automatically selects both of them at the same time.
