Windows 7 64bit RTM on HTPC

I Am new here and to configuring pcs so forgive me if I am missing something obvious.

    PC
    Thermaltake DH202 Case touch screen
    Rest of spec in profile.

    Problems
    1, Windows media center.
    Graphics
Case screen connected to gf8100 motherboard on board vga
Tv conected to Saphire ati pci express ultimate hd4650 onboard hdmi 1gig

1,When starting media center I can not get movies to play on TV screen, with out changing bios settings or having it in 1 screen mode. There does not seem to be any clone/duplicate mode.
In an ideal world i would like wmc to run on the case screen when tv is off, and Main Plasma screen when tv is on.

2,I have managed to rip dvds with clone dvd to my hard drive and they do play, but! It will not display dvd info! or once playing display menus,ie so I can turn subtitles on off.I have copied the menus and subtites.I do not want to install any 3rd party programs.
its fine with normall dvds and even mp3s and shows all info..So what am i doing wrong?
3,I hear alot of confusing info about Dolby/dts tru hd. Is it posible with out getting a sound card ie the new Auzen X-Fi HomeTheater HD to get true hd showing on my amp, it is conected via hdmi and my graphics card are supose to suport hd audio?I do get 5.1 dolby digital/dts.
4, Will window7 touch pack work with my thermaltake touch screen it seems a waste of the lovley touch screen. As the imon/medialab software is awful.
5,On start up touich screen sais unsuported/no synce, but still dispays ok?
6,Any tips on getting w7 to start up quicker.I realise its much better.

Many thanks for taking the time to read my problems, please try to answer in laymens terms Iwork as a Carpenter by day.:)

    Fixed most problems now.
If i disable front view in imon manager the touch screen operates like a mouse..no need to put w7 touch on it.Works in wmc great.
Just one very important one I can not solve.
The Thermatake sg7 touch screen sais No sync just before it boots, but then boots ok, however once running the screen sometimes cuts out for 20mins or sometimes just seconds...
I have tried thermaltake customer support but they say search forums???
    Can any one help??

its part of dvrmstoolbox to encode mkv to dvrms so you can get your downloaded tv shows to come up under recorded tv plus metadata n what not.
