Audio fails when displaying album arts

    Hi

I am having a weird problem when playing audio files from my 7MC library, the sound stutters among clicks and pops.
I 've discovered that the issue is related to image processing, in this case the covers of albums. The behavior only occurs when I am browsing through album arts or when the waterfall in background is rolling.
I have tested it in many ways and everytime I play the music without the images on the screen, inside or outside the 7MC, the sound flows uniform and clean.
    Does anybody have a hint?

    Thank you

Do you have any problems playing audio using Windows Media Player while showing visualizations, or with any animations going on in the background?

    Thanks kegobeer

I will do more tests, but I can say that the problem affects external players too, I got some music played with the acclaimed Foobar while the waterfall in the 7MC was in activity (only the waterfall, without audio from MC) and the problem remained.
I will do this test with WMP, it would be interesting trying out with other types of tasks related to image rendering, this way we will know if it is an exclusive issue of 7MC, do you have any suggestions?

    Tears!

I'd look at both video and audio drivers. Check to see if there are Windows 7 drivers available for either/both of them.
