Organising Movies

I am sure this has been asked some place but i am so new to this i am just about clueless

is there a way to have sub section show up in teh movie section or some other place i only have 1200 video this is including box sets and tv series

i would like to have a menu like structure

kids movies
tv shows
adult movies
family movies
so on..

woud like this on win 7 pref i am upgradng the machine i am working with to full 64bit tonight and dropping more ram in on tuesday
