What is Up with Windows 7 Media Player?

It took me all of 30 minutes to burn a cd. It only 4-5 minutes not too long afo. It freezes up and takes forever to load the album art and info. Anyone else have this issue and know something to do about I sure would appreciate your help in getting my up and running like it used to.

This problem is still here and worse. Now it will not Rip any CD. When I place a new CD in nothing happens. I have to Open My Computer folder and then click on Erive to play the disc. Don't have too many options at this point. I still need help!

W7 Media Player may not work with your OS, listed as "NC".

Wow, I did not look at the op's spec just assumed it was Windows 7. It seems to be corrupted so if he does have W7, the links I posted will fix it, I had that issue once.

It's just a mistake, the NC is North Carolina same as the flag.

I've seen quite a few people put their location there for some reason.

Layback posted the link to correct it.

The 1TB in the memory is obviously another one.
