Please explain with more detail... what/when is the error you're getting?

Are you able to actually start Netflix from WMC and then sign in and get started and you get the official Netflix user interface, and this error you complain about is from trying to then "search" for something on Netflix?

Or is this error you're getting something different?

Just tried this myself with my own desktop WMC/HTPC setup and Netflix addon for WMC.

Same error message as you get. Obviously, a problem somewhere. I'd probably call Netflix for support to see if they have any solution.

Search of course works fine using the Netflix app on my Oppo BDP-103 player. Results from search here is remembered for my account, and thus gets reflected back in the WMC Netflix addon the next time I go there. While this isn't a real solution, I honestly don't do Netflix on my HTPC, as I'd much rather do it on my Oppo (SuperHD) feeding my HDTV and sound system.

I will try to call Netflix here in the next couple of days and see if they can tell me what is going on because I much rather use it on Windows Media Center rather than using the Web App

Fantastic! Works perfectly. That guy Jonathan's a gentleman and a scholar, and deserves a few "reps".

    Thank you for pursuing this.
