    please can someone help me.i am desperate i want to run some Cd's but this error keeps cropping up

    Please please can anyone tell me how to fix it in an easy terms as i do not understand computers that much.

    That looks an awful like malware. Report back on what AV your are using. In the meantime;

    1. Reboot into Advanced Boot Options and select Safe Mode with networking.

    2. Download the free version of Malwarebytes Antimalware. Install it but Do NOT select the trial. Let it update and then run a full scan.

    3. Report back with your AV and the results of your scan.
