How do I get all my photos into one folder again?

When I click on Pictures from the Start Menu I see some of my photos. I can see them all if I click on a folder in this group. In other words, my photos are now in several folders. I would like to consolidate them - to have them all on one page.

They were previously on one page till I installed Adobe Premiere Elements 11. Now the photos are scattered into several folders along with an Adobe Folder which is empty. (I can't delete this folder.)

I'm using Windows 7 on a relatively new HP computer. Is there a straightforward way to get my photos back into one place again? I am not an expert in using the computer but I can follow instructions.

I do believe that you right click the folder with the pics and select "include in library" of your choice.

    Hi,
Go to settings/ Media Libraries/ Pictures/ Add folders to Library,
Then you can search for the folder if all of these files are in your Pictures library go to that location and add it,
If not you'll need to either move the files there or search for the other locations they're in and add it,
    Cheers.

It was easier than I thought it would be. I just clicked the "Add" button after selecting the folder I wanted to include. Then I clicked "Include Folder." After I clicked OK everything was the way I wanted it. Thanks for the help.
