Some mp3 files not recognized by Media Center

    Running Windows 7 Pro.
I copied 15 mp3 files to my hard drive . I put them in a folder called Music_100.
I clicked on Tasks > Media Libraries > Music > Add folders to the library > on this computer
I added folder Music_100 to the library.
    I waited an hour.
    Only 6 files show.

How do I get Media Center to recognize the other 9 files?

    Try this:

Click type troubleshooting. Click troubleshooting at the top of the list. Click view all at the top right of the window that appears. Click windows media player library and run the troubleshooter. When that finishes, also run the windows media player settings troubleshooter as well.

    Does that resolve the issue?
