    Internet TV and XM radio

    I'm a little mistified. I can't figure out why I can't find/get:

    1) The Internet TV option
    -and-
    2) xmradio option

In my Windows 7 MC (32-bit).

I am in Canada, and had MSNBC and xmradio working just fine on VISTA before I upgraded

I've searched high and low and no one seems to have an answer.. sigh

    Things I have tried:
    1) These options are not in my extras..
    2) I have successfully "updated" 7MC from the Settings -> General -> Automatic Download.

Re-run WMC setup from the beginning. Also, what is your connection speed? A broadband connection is required.

I have a 10MB connection, so that can't be the problem (it worked fine on my old Vista). I reran the WMC setup, and that hasn't seem to have changed/fixed anything

Nope, neighbor to the North....which shouldn't matter since I had both of these working on Vista

Is that an assumption or do you have supporting information for your post?

huh what assumption? as per my initial post I had MSNBC and XMRADIO working in Vista Media Player (vista 64bit) on the exact same PC before I upgraded to win7 64bit.. they were there right "out of the box", ie: directly after installation. So what supporting information do I need to provide?

Now on 7MC I don't see any of these options no matter what I try.. Frustrating a wee bit, but not the biggest deal.

That all of the features of W7 are currently available in Canada.

Oh!, no clue! Just an assumption I guess only because it worked on Vista.. Be sad if I can't access it because of that. ..and yet before I could..

I have a US VPN .. I guess I could try that to see if it helps.. I'll keep ya posted.
