I had been running IE 9 beta. Up graded to IE9 RC and problem started. Went back to IE 8 with all updates plays just find
My post at Microsoft answers and the Green button
Windows 7 64 bit an windows Media Center Playing Netflix Error code
trying to play Netflix in Media center goes to "An error has occurred in the script on this page" Line : 50 Char: 383 Error: Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment Code: 0 Url: http://www.netflix.com/layout/jscrip...64.js?v=692064 getting message on two separate computers both up to date. going thru Chrome or IE9 no problem
Be sure to run regedit as administrator before doing the change.
I cannot for the life of me get Netflix to work in Media Center. It installs, I can access the video menus etc, as soon as I go to play one I get:
"Authorization Failure"
"Our appologies---We could not authenticate this request"
What up with that? I mean I've tried all the normal things uninstalling netflix from media center, deleting my browser cookies and forms and webpages etc... all to no avail... can anyone help me?
Have you tried to remove netflix from the silverlight application storage tab.
Start\All Programs\Microsoft Silverlight\Silverlight then Application Storage tab delete netflix.com
worth a shot.
Glhs958 suggestion worked for me. I do not have IE9 installed and haven't received any Silverlight updates since Feb's security update. This just started out of the blue.
Deleted the netflix entries in the Application Storage tab of Silverlight and relaunched Netflix. Worked perfect. Didn't even need to restart PC.
Thanks!
