Tried using the first method, %SystemRoot%\ehome\ehshell.exe /homepage:Radio.BrowsePage.xml /PushStartPage:True - Radio

This method actually brought me to the Radio page with 104.9 showing. I still had to double click on 104.9 in WMC, but it was better than starting from WMC . Thank you so much. :)

I just made a shortcut that works.I am using FireFox.I opened FF,found a radio station,1920's old time radio.Started it playing using the WMC plugin, copied the URL at the top of the player, closed FF.Clicked on desktop, made new shortcut, gave it name, clicked on it and FF opened up with that radio staion playing.
Now I can minimize FF to keep tunes playing or try other options.
Took me about 3 minutes to do the job.
Don't know if that is what you can live with or not.
    Just an option to try.
