Ok first off i love this plugin! Its worked so well with my dvdfabed vids and has fixed the probs ive had with media center. The only problem ive had is some movies have the wrong cover art such as alice in wonderland, i have the 2010 version and it has cover for the 1999 version. Does anyone know how i can go about changing it.
Also, can someone help me change the background Thnx for ne any and all help sry for all the questions!

tape 94, go to google images and download the cover paste it into the alice folder and name it folder, that way mediabrowser will see it.
Alternatively you could download Media Center Master and drag the alice folder into it manually and it will dl the metadata including covers
    MCM can be found here
be sure to only have the film title and the year as the name of the folder to aid its search smoothly!

tape94: in cases like that (before you bother doing it by hand) put the correct year in the title like this
Alice in Wonderland (2010) otherwise the scraper picks the first one that fits
That way there was only a handful of movies I had to "outfit" manually.

What background are you talking about? the one for Media browser or the ones for the single movies?

The one for the movies are just pictures which are big enough and should be in every movie folder. name them like so: backdrop.jpg, backdrop1.jpg, backdrop2.jpg etc.
To show the box picture, rename it folder.jpg

Yep you'd have to use a theme but the pics still need to be there. (By having them in the directory they don't have to be re-downloaded if the cache empties for some reason....and if they're in the folders rename them backdrop.jpg backdrop1.jpg etc.)
I'm using the theme Subdued right now which offers a backdrop rotation...just a fancy gimmick
Why am I telling you that:
I believe it's important that you have the folder structure down. That way you're able to fix it in case the scraper comes up short. I had a few shows/movies that weren't found for several reasons, so I collected the necessary pics through google images, renamed them properly and never had to worry about them again. It just looks so ugly if one movie shows just an empty frame. Here it looks like that:

    Movies
1 Folder per movie (named like the movie, possibly incuding the year in ( ) ) it contains the movie, 1folder.jpg, 1 or more backdrop.jpg
    TV Shows
    1Folder per show, containing 1 folder per season, 1 folder.jpg, 1 or more backdrop.jpg
Seasons Folder contains all shows of that particular season and 1 folder.jpg
Episodes should be named something like either csi 1x23.avi or NCIS.S01E23.mpg

I hope that's better understandable now.

you could force a reload of a certain pic, if you go on that empty frame where the pic is supposed to show and press CTRL-R

sometimes it takes a lil while for new pics to load up on their own.
