Once again thanks for the heads up DS. Yeah I know about the change in the way the IBN works now, and I have configured the MB xml.config file to point to the people folder., I did not know that IBN was broken, but according your post, this issue only exist if I am using the vanilla 2.0 theme; I am using the diamond theme and the result is the same, no images. Oh well, win some lose some, I won't worry about it too much right now, everything else is working.
Quick tip: I tried to speed up my performance by adjusting my visuak effects to "adjust for best performance" MC or MB rather, does not like that. My remote did not respond well, and the maxifier stopped monitoring MC. Just a heads up in case anyone wanted to do that.
How do I fix this (see attachment)? I cleared the cache, searched everywhere, cannot find this file.

yeah tried that, even did by the name. I may have to remove all my trailers, and then put them back. Luckily I wrote a script that can search for stuff like that, then delete it. Then I can run MCM to put the trailers back. I will let you know how it went. So, on the IBN images missing in the diamond theme as well, are you experiencing that as well when or if you run MB in diamond theme?

No, they are working in diamond. So you do have your IBN setup right and there still not showing?

What you said you set the xml to point to the people folder and that is WRONG!!! you should not have changed the xml. Only added the people folder to the inside of imagesbyname and put all actor images inside that.

DS - one question I have, is that it my boxset folder only has 2 sub-folders in it, I only get the first film listed in MB as opposed to having 3 or more sub-folders, where all the films are listed, and I can enter into the folder and see the films.

Any setting I need to change to this please ??

TIA

CBers, what do you have your auto playlists set at? If it's higher then 2 turn it down.

Well I changed the xml and still no luck. My IBN folder is on another drive, U:\mediabrowser\imagesbyname, and the people folder is inside of the imagesbyname folder, and then the individual actors' folders are in the people folder.

i too am having issues with the actor images.

Have took off vanilla theme.

yet still just the default image.

I have put all images taken through metabrowser and put them in the imagesbyname/People folder. Each actor also having their own folder. The image being called folder.jpg

If i click on the actor image through media browser it brings up the poster image.

Any help would be appreciated

I've no idea where to post this, but if anyone uses this type of application, can you please tell me if you have any problems changing the Calender, it refuses to move to 2010, even with new pics put in. Its definitely not user friendly.
