Office 2007 Ultimate to Office 2010 Home & Student

I am running a copy of Office 2007 Ultimate that I got through an academic program. I need to install a key for Office 2010 on a new system. The cost for the key only is about $20 less than a 3 license traditional disk version, so I am considering upgrading every system.

However, I don't want to lose MS Access or MS Publisher to upgrade.

If I install Office 2010 Home & Student over Office 2007 Ultimate, will the extra programs from Office 2007 still be available to me? I know they will not be upgraded, but having a few different versions floating around doesn't bother me.

If you still have a copy of MS Office 2007 Ultimate install just those 2 programs Access and Publisher under custom install.
I have done that with Access before. It worked for me. IMO

Sounds good... I hadn't even considered reinstalling components after the upgrade... That works for me.
