I am not an expert in permissions - especially when they are already defunct. Maybe one of our other friends can help out. Sorry.

Hi phil 71,

What version of Microsoft Word are you running? 2003 or 2007?

Thanks,

Are you sure it is 2007? With 2007, the orb should be there. Could it be 2010, which also has the ribbon, but has the new version of the file menu instead of the orb?

Which applications specifically?
