Outlook 2010 - how to pin to startup menu?

I have installed Outlook 2010 and would like to "pin" the program on the start menu (the vertical stack above the start button). I was able to do this quite simply with Outlook 2007 but I do not see how to do it in 2010. Any help will be most appreciated. Thanks.

Open the program and then you should see the title in your start menu. then you should be able to right click on it and pin it the taskbar or the start menu.

Open Outlook. Right click the Outlook icon on the taskbar. Left click "Pin this program to taskbar"
