    Office 2010 Calendar


    I know this is a Windows 7 forum, and I have an Office 2010 question, but the people here seem to be smarter than the people over in the Office 2010 forum, so I hope you don't mind my asking.

    I'm trying to import a calendar saved in a CSV format from Outlook 2007 into Outlook 2010, and I can't find anyway to do it. Any suggestions?

    Actually that is really easy... just use the EXPORT command and just export the file into a *.PST file.. and then in 2010, use the IMPORT. PST works very well.
    If you can't get the original PST file...

    The .pst file was 26 megs and wouldn't zip, and was too big to mail. The .csv was only 51kb, and with your instructions worked fine.

In Office 2003, users were able to change the colour of an individual Calendar entry which was within a series. As far as I can see Office 2010 does not allow this. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

I have a problem sending meeting notices out. I create a meeting notice in 2010 and send to either 2003 or 2007 users. When I get the first reply back as to an acceptance or decline it deltes it from my calendar.:eek: Windows 7 32 bit fully patched, office 2010 fully patched.

When I set an appointment in calendar with reminder notifications the software will not let me change the reminder time, but continually rings until you delete the appointment.
