Windows 7: 2 M/S Office Programs

Windows 7 64 bit
2 M/S Office Programs

It seems that in my "Programs and Features" it is showing 2 M/S Office programs. One is "Microsoft Office Pro - Plus 2010". and the other is "Microsoft Office Starter 2010 - English". I seem to have a few things changing now and then like all my headings in M/S Outlook are now in Italic. I can't seem to find where to fix this.
Thank you for any assistance that can be given.

I also forgot to state that when I go to the "Programs" button in the start key, it doesn't show "Microsoft Office".
