Windows 7: Sync Google docs and My Documents

Windows 7 Home Premium x64, Mac OS X 10.6.2 x64
Sync Google docs and My Documents

How can I sync it so that anything I write on Google Docs saves as a .doc or .docx into my documents, and anything I write on word (2010) will automatically upload to google docs?
