Can't install Office 2010 Updates for March?

I just can't get the updates to install. I installed Office 2010 witha clean install last month & had to reinstall it twice to get it to do the updates into Ofiice 2010. Now it's doing the same thing again this month. W7Pro X64 Updates installs fine.

I even installed the System Update Readiness Tool & performed a full system scan with no items found.

Updates KB982726, 2494150, 2493983. I tried each one seperately & downloaded to my HD & still fails.

    Windows Upate states Error 80070643

    Help!

The failure code does not have a Zero or X in front of it. It is 80070643.

I have just tried SFC & MS Fix it tool & it still will not load. I am really thinking about dumping 2010 & rolling back to 2007. At least WIN7 updates!

I might have to call M/S Support.

Called M/S Support. They spend 2 hours with me on my computer through their Easy Assist program & my phone. She tried to correct the issues but every fix she tried failed. She then tried to to uninstall Office & it failed so she had to completely manual install the program from the registry. After she cleaned it out & reinstalled it from her download it took the blocked updates & then installed the rest of the office updates before I closed down for the night session. MS Support was super!
