As Irene has stated you could use the auto correct for this but i like to paste pictures into emails :)

here is an example of giving a thumbs up i like to use...

I have download following files and tested one by one but "Microsoft Office Communicator" not add in my start menu.

This is an alternative to MS Communicator.
