Outlook Genious? How to setup pre-defined search across multi-inboxes?
I have more than one email account, more than several, quite a few actually. And often I need to find a person or subject across all of these folders (multiple inbox foldersand multiple sent folders) at the same time.
Now, I can "instant search" across all mail folders, but I would like a folder or button to click for each of the many searches that I need to perform. It SEEMS that I can only have search folders WITHIN a mail folder. I need to search across them all.
Examples:
Show me all the email messages in my converstations with my buddy James across all email accounts. (FYI No, my buddy James does not email to me at just a single account.)
Show me all the Agile community messages from LinkedIn, my blog subscriptions, etc.
Show me all messages with "properties to consider" in the subject across all accounts.
Show me all messages with ["Statement now available" or "Your VISA account" or "payment is due"] in the subject across all accounts.
Show me all messages with attachments across all email accounts.
While I can dynamically (manually) construct a search for these things each time,
I would really appreciate a single-click solution.
I currently use Outlook 2007 but I would upgrade to 2010 if neccessary.
