    Outlook 2010 Print Selection

I have some e-mails which I only want to print portions of the body.
It seems difficult to do, as everytime I try to do this I must print the whole page, mutiple pages or the whole message.
Is there a way one can highlight part of a message then click PRINT, and be able to print "SELECTION" only?
    I can't see this in Outlook 2010.

    Thank you,
    Tegiro

    Hi,

If I'm not mistaken, its never been possible to only print selections of documents (be it in Outlook, or Word).....your best best is to copy and paste the text you are interested in, into a new Word document, and then print that.

    This could be a possibility:

Open the email > touch 'Action', then Edit from the sub menu. You can then delete any text which is not required. Before exiting, use the print menu.

Finally, when you close the email, it will ask if you wish to save the changes - just say No if you would like to retain the email in it's original state.
