Have you tried Outlook Backup Tutorial ?

Kaspersky license information is in the system Registry.
Alternatively, you can backup registry parts

    for 32bit system (х86):
Backup into reg-file the following paths
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\LicStorage
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\SPC
and BEFORE a new Kaspersky installation import these reg files.

    For 64bit system (х64):
Backup into reg-file the following paths
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\KasperskyLab\LicStorage
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SystemCertificates\SPC
and BEFORE a new Kaspersky installation import these reg files.

You said that files are still out there.

Here you can read how to mount and edit registry from other windows installations. And in the article I have posted earlier, it is possible to see paths for Outlook files on the screenshots.
