How to re enable Microsoft Office 2010 updates?

Currently my Office 2010 package disable updates, but now i want get Microsoft Office 2010 updates? How do i do it?

You may need to enable the Built-In Admin Account in order to change those settings.

I log-in Administrator account.
Note-Accidentally i have disable Office Update when i start MS office 2010 at first time. Because of my system stuck.

Click and type Services then click "Services" when it appears. Scroll down to Windows Update and see if the service is Started

Yest its started and its set to start Automatic
