    Multiple calendar view

I am a PA working for 4 people and have their calendars open constantly in 'work week' view. Since converting to Outlook 2010, their names have disappeared from the tab at the top of their calendars (it just says 'calendar' for each). It's confusing to say the least! Any ideas how to get them back?

Hello and welcome to the forum.

In the Navigation Pane, right-click one of the calendars and from the menu click 'rename'. You can then type the relevant name.

Perform the same action on each and you should then have them suitably identified. :)

Thanks Irene. That option is 'greyed' out. Maybe because it's someone else's calendar, maybe administrator rights needed?

May be as a result of being a 'shared' calendar.

Perhaps you could create a 'Calendar Group' for each person. You can then name the Group by the name of the person?

Thanks for your help Irene. This did work. I added them into a separate group and their names now appear
