Office 2010 cant edit footer for specific document.

For some reason I cant edit footer and header in my document. Any suggestions?

Ctrl + a doesnt work.
table of contens can not be selected.
header/footer cannot be edited.

Those problems are only with document linked above. Anyone got Idea what might cause this?

1 way to solve this is to save it as odt and then back to doc. but I want to know what causes this.

Your document is protected - remove the protection and you can edit the footer (I just edited your file).
