    Business Contact Manager

I have upgraded to Windows 7PCs with Windows 7 professional and Outlook 2010 with Business Contact Manager 2010 from XP Professional V2002 Service Pack 3 and Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager 2003.
When attempting to bring my Business Contact Manager database over from the XP PC I encounter the following problems.
    1. When attempting via the Import/Export feature only the Account records appear with no Contacts and the attendant Contact history data.
    2. When attempting via Back-up/Restore all goes well until I receive the message that the new W7PC is not the database owner. This still happens when I log into the new PC with an identical user name.
    Any hel;p out there?

Maybe something to help in this article (it refers to Office 2007, but may well be relevant in Office 2010:
Importing and exporting business data - Outlook with Business Contact Manager - Office.com

Please let us know if it resolves the problem(s). :)

Thank you for your input. I have modified my post as I should have said that I am attempting to bring the data from BCM 2003. Basically I have tried your suggestion with there being some differences in 2003. I have selected "All History" as that is all that appears to be available.

    Perhaps this will help:
Download Details - Microsoft Download Center - Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2010 Database Tool

Please let us know if this works for you. :)

using CardFila online biz card manager

how about using online biz cardholder? go to Online Business Card Holder and Scanner | Business Contact Manager
    - CardFila stores physical business cards electronically- carry all you cards on you everywhere you go, provided that you have phone in hand or other internet connected device.
    hope it can help!
