    Outlook 2010

So i have 2 slighty annoying problems with my outlook program.
    1. It always open up in a small screen. I've got into properites and set it to maximized, i've "trained" it to open full screen, by maxamizing it everytime i open it. Its annoying!

    2. I have 3 email accounts put into my outlook program. I have a Hotmail, Bigpond and gmail. They all open fine expect for me gmail, it open like minimized so you can't see any of the folders unless you click the arrow. How can i make it open like all the rest do?

    Hi Mitch,

I believe the way to go about this, is to do the following:

    1. Expand your 3 email accounts by clicking the arrows.
    2. Maximise Outlook.

Now exit Outlook, and re-open it. It should keep your settings such that the 3 accounts are maximised, and the Outllok window is also maximised.

I've just tested this using my Outlook 2010, and it works. Can you try that, and post back here?

    Regards,

    Hi MItch,

Is your GMAIL account, an IMAP or POP3 account?

It was orginally POP3 then for some reason it stop working, so i removed for 2 days and tryed again still didn't work. so its now IMAP. I dont like IMAP in my opion it slow, and i prefer POP3 but i don't know how to fix it.

OK. As far as I can see, thats the difference between our Gmail accounts - mine being POP3.

Perhaps you could try switching back to POP3, and see how it behaves then?
