Power Point Viewer won't loop

Just upgraded one of my users to Windows 7 with Office 2010 and she's having a problem with a Power Point presentation which she actually inherited from someone else.
When viewing it in Power Point, it loops just fine. When viewing it with the Power Point Viewer, it doesn't. I made sure I have the latest version of the viewer this morning, and her computer has all the latest updates.

I searched technet and did find a couple of other folks having the same problem, but nobody with a solution.

While the user in question isn't very savvy, one of my other users is very much so and has exhausted all her wisdom on it, so we're stuck.

One other thing that may be relevant; When the presentation was sent to us, it was set to be manually advanced, not automatically, so my resident expert is the one who made it act like a slideshow.

Any help would be much appreciated. While this one particular presentation is not mission critical, if it means we have problem with future presentations, it puts the user in a bind and me in a position to pull more rabbits out of hats. That's something I simply don't have time for right now.

You didn't mentioned if you have installed SP1 for Power Point Viewer 2010 or not.
Some bugs have been fixed in that update.

Indeed I did, but no joy. However, another update was released recently which did fix the problem.

Just wanted to post back now that it's fixed.
