    Only one out of man pop 3 account causes outlook 2010 "not responding"


    Hi.

    I'm new to the forum so hello to everyone.

    I am running office professional 2010 and in outlook 2010 I have various email accounts.

    lets say email1@btconnect.com and email2@btconnect.com etc etc

    All accounts are from the same server and all have worked fine since setting them up.

    I have all the account inboxes listed top left of the screen under favorites and just click on the desired account to see todays emails

    Recently email1@btconnect.com causes outlook to "not responding" as soon as I click on the account.

    Does anyone have any ideas what could have changed?

    Hi and Welcome to SF,

    Have you tried removing then re-adding the email Account for email1@btconnect.com from Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\Mail?

    Please post an update.
