Outlook: I don't want a mail map for every account

I have just installed OL 2010 for the first time and created 3 different accounts (or identities), and now I see that there are a number of mail maps for each of these accounts.
How can I change it, so that mail to/from all accounts are placed in the same maps?
    Thanks

You can consolidate them by moving the .pst files into the same folder:
Move an Outlook Data File (.pst) to different folder - Outlook - Office.com

In c:users/ng/documents/Outlook-files I find 3 .pst files, one for each of my pop3 accounts:

plus this one: outlook.pst (I guess this contains mail from 2 gmail accounts)

But anyway, they are already in the same map......

Using one PST-file i.e. receiving mail to same inbox:

When you create new accounts, select manual configuration:

Outlook: I don't want a mail map for every account-outlook_add_account_manually.png

Add account information, select Deliver new messages to existing Outlook Data File:

So, here's what you could try:
    1. Backup all PST-files to another location
    2. Remove all accounts except "master" account and its PST
    3. Import mail from deleted accounts (from PST backups you made)
    4. Add deleted accounts back as described above, using master account's PST

It should work with all mail accounts, at least if the account is set up as POP3 instead of IMAP.
