Can't Install Msft Office Professional Academic

I formatted my HD and am in the lengthy process of reinstalling programs. I have product keys for Office Prof 2007 and 2010 Academic. None of these keys work. Both versions were downloads with no possibility of making iso copies. I have the same identical program on another computer. These programs were obtained utilizing the services of theultimatesteal and digital river. These companies said they transferred all of my records to the Microsoft Store. The latter has no record of my records.
    1. Why can't I reinstall?
    2. Is there anybody to contact that might possibly be useful?
    3. I have the identical program (Office with OneNote & Outlook) on another PC. Is there anyway of copying Office Profto DVD and installing on the recently formatted HD?
    Thanks.

If the keys don't work, you have to question the source you purchased them from. Did they come with your computers? Or was it ebay? Was it a reputable source?

    Academic Install

I did buy the software from a semi-reliable source, viz. the Microsoft Store. Previously, their downloads were handled by Digital River. The store now takes care of their own downloads. The support staff at DR, were not very helpful. Fortunately, Microsoft Store support was very helpful. They found my previous DR order and sent me a working link. I was able to redownload Office, which I legitimately paid for.

    Thanks for all your comments.

Glad to hear it. I wasn't questioning if you paid for it, rather if the source was in question. Good news on Office! :)
