    Access 2003 Runtime

I have a program that needs an .mdb file to run. Do not own a copy of or have Office installed (I understand that is where it is normally accessed). Is there any place I can obtain just an .mdb file or a copy of Access 2003 Runtime?
    Thanks

This is not really within my scope, but does this help?
Obtain and deploy the Access 2003 runtime - Access - Office.com

Also, is there anything here which might help?

    Hello.

You need to call your software developer and ask for Access 2003 Runtime. That is only viewer for .mdb and .mde files.

Access 2003 Runtime is small application , with install , who install your programm (that mdb file) and Runtime Access files. That installation is maden by your software developer and you cant buy it or download.

There is small programm who make that Access 2003 Runtime installations , I think : Microsoft Office 2003 Developer Tools or Extensions or etc.

So , call your software developer , or store where you bought that software, and I think you will get this.

    Trinty :) .

Thanks Irene for the response. No help unfortunately

Trinity; The program was a video database program that was developed and not marketed. A friend, who was the writer of the program passed away last year so no help there. I recall that he did some tinkering with a .mdb when it was installed on another computer. I thought he had "fixed" the program he gave me but it does not appear that way after trying to put it on a new computer. The program has three .mdb files in it but apparently the one it needs is not present

Thanks a million to both of you!
