I'd try uninstalling then reinstalling your Office 2010. Sometimes a large install like Office gets damaged or corrupted during the installation process. Follow the suggested methods in this Microsoft KB article under "Resolution". You'll need your install media and Product Key to reactivate Office.

    Thank you for your help,

    I already fixed it

I want to share what i did :

Error 1406 : actually, i recognized that i installed trial office 2010 one time,
So Microsoft doesn't allow me to install again,
So my method is simple, buying a new license office 2010.

After having a new product, i have another problem is Error 1303,
But this problem can easily fix by safe mode,
This error means that we need permit for some specific folders, so , i use safe mode to set permission. Because it doesn't work with also administrator user.

    So,
I'm happy now, thank you for your help

    Cheer.
