Scripting error presented when emails are opened from "Jill"

    Hi Everyone,

A colleague of mine "Mary" is getting a scripting error in her Inbox whenever she looks at emails from one specific staff member, "Jill". Jill is a genuine sender, the messages that she sends do not get moved into Mary's junk, and the content of the emails is business related (e.g.: not funnies, etc).

Mary is using a Windows 7 Professional (64 bit) box with Office Outlook 2010 (32 bit) installed. Additionally she is using Office 365, so emails are being sent / received from the "cloud". I don't think that the cloud itself is the issue, and Mary can open emails from all other staff members, and customers (literally hundreds of different senders) without issue.

I requested that Jill send the same emails through to me in the hope that I could replicate the issue on my computer - however upon receiving the emails I did not see a scripting error. This is quite puzzling and leads me to believe that the issue is on Mary's computer - however it is conceivable that it is a combination of settings on both Mary's & Jill's computers!!!

At any rate here is a screen shot of the scripting error:

It has been given to me on good authority that the issue is likely one of the Outlook plug-ins, however with literally tens of plug-ins installed I don't want to take "a stab in the dark" and make the situation worse.

If anybody has any suggestions on how to fix this issue they will be greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards,

    Davo

The email from "Jill" contains a link to a file on a local drive. When "Mary" opens the email, the script can not resolve to "Jean's" local hard drive, ///C:/users/jean/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/Temporary/Internet Files/...

I think the original email needs to be corrected (perhaps the signature, a URL, an image, whatever).
