Win 7 clean build - reinstallation of Office - issues?

Re: Windows 7 install... I guess this may be a little off target but... I currently run Office 2007 on Win XP Pro, and will clean install Windows 7 Pro when it ships in October.

Can anybody confirm that I will be able to successfully reinstall office 2007 onto the Win 7 build - ie will Microsoft recognise it's a legitimate licence reinstalled legally onto the same machine? I ask because two things will have changed - there's a new HDD and a new OS (Win 7) - and I am concerned to know that Microsoft will not tell me I'm trying to install Office illegally on a "second machine", having already installed and activated it once onto what is actually the same machine on my (current) XP Pro build...

    Thanks!

    Don't sweat it.

You can install 2 Office copies on the same machine or you can install it on 2 machines at home (ONE DESKTOP AND ONE LAPTOP) if you are the same owner. Now the story is different if you have Home or Student. That goes for three machines.

    OEM is one machine.

Without hesitation, I will freely accept your Office 2010 license key.
